SkipperCro.com is a digital communication and booking platform operated by SKIPPERCRO LLC (USA). The platform’s purpose is to promote, organize, and enable reservations for maritime experiences in Croatia inspired by cultural heritage, vintage speedboat restoration, and storytelling.

Important Note:

• SkipperCro.com does not itself execute or deliver maritime transport or charter services.

• All physical services (such as vessel provision, skipper services, and on-site logistics) are executed by licensed third-party entities in Croatia (registered d.o.o. or obrt) in full compliance with Croatian maritime and charter regulations.

• Users of this platform enter into contractual arrangements for service execution directly with the appointed local service providers.

Platform Role & Responsibility

SkipperCro.com acts solely as an informational and facilitative interface:

• Presenting curated itineraries

• Showcasing restored vessels

• Enabling secure reservation and payment processing via third-party systems (Stripe, Wise, PayPal)

• Providing communication channels between users and service providers

All bookings made via SkipperCro.com are subject to the individual terms and licensing of the executing Croatian providers.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content displayed on SkipperCro.com – including but not limited to:

• Texts, tour scenarios, and route concepts

• Branding (Route 66 of the Sea™, SkipperCro™, etc.)

• Logos, artwork, vessel names, and design language

• Restoration documentation and media (photos, videos, project writeups)

• Tour formats such as The Outlaw’s Run, Dalton Highway Expedition, Born to Be Wild Cruise, etc.

…is the original intellectual property of SkipperCro LLC and its contributors.

These elements are:

• Protected under international copyright law (Berne Convention)

• Registered under intellectual property protection protocols

• Backed and notarized, establishing ownership and originality

• Represented officially under the SkipperCro visual identity and logo

Any unauthorized reproduction, use, commercial exploitation, or adaptation of any part of the SkipperCro project – including concepts, experiences, media, or names – is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
