Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: By booking a tour with Skipper Croatia, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Clients may cancel their booking for free up to 7 days before the scheduled start of the tour.
   • In the event of inclement weather, clients may cancel on the same day of the tour without penalty.
   • Cancellation due to illness must be supported by valid proof.

3. Refunds:

   • Full refunds will not be granted if the client has undergone the tour.
   • Partial refunds may be considered for specific instances where services did not meet the intended standards. Requests for partial refunds must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the completion of the tour.

4. Behavior and Conduct:

   • Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the crew, fellow passengers, and the vessel itself.
   • Any behavior deemed to be disruptive, disrespectful, or endangering to others will result in immediate expulsion from the tour, without refund.
   • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment due to negligence or deliberate actions.

5. Safety Regulations:

   • Clients must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the crew.
   • Life jackets must be worn as directed by crew members, especially in emergency situations.

6. Liability:

   • Skipper Croatia will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the tour, except where it is directly attributable to negligence on our part.
   • Clients participate in the tour at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Extortion and Fraud:

   • Any attempt at extortion, blackmail, or fraudulent claims against Skipper Croatia will result in legal action.
   • Clients found to be intentionally seeking compensation through fraudulent means will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Changes to Itinerary:

   • Skipper Croatia reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary or cancel tours in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues with the vessel. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund.

9. Safety and Malfunctions:

   • Skipper Croatia reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of:
     • Flagrant violations of safety regulations by clients.
     • Conditions deemed unsafe for clients or crew.
     • Sudden malfunctions of the vessel that compromise the safety or integrity of the tour.

10. Acceptance of Risk:

    • Clients acknowledge that participation in water-based activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of personal property. By booking a tour with Skipper Croatia, clients accept these risks and release Skipper Croatia from any liability arising from such risks.
